More email setup

Well today I setup IMAP using dovecot which is what I’ve used for pop in the past. I looked at the well known courier alternative and also at bincimap, however those both seemed inferior - either not maintained or without a good focus on security.

Well today has been email day - configuring postfix with much stronger anti-spam than I’ve used in the past. I’ll write up what I’ve done when I have the wiki running. Basically there are various cheap tests and greylisting at the start with spamassassin and clamav (for anti-virus) at the backend.
