  • Admin -> Issue Status
    • "New Status" -> "Deferred" (mark as closed but not default)
  • Admin -> Work Flow
    • Reporter -> (Bug/Feature/Support) -> Add "Deferred" to New, Assigned, Resolved, Feedback,
    • Manager -> (Bug/Feature/Support) -> Add "Deferred" everywhere excepted "Deferred"

(not done - use features?)

  • Admin -> Trackers
    • New Tracker "Ideas"

LDAP auth - just follow the guide!

  • Admin -> Settings -> authentication
    • LDAP authentication
      • Name: anything you like (it's descriptive)
      • Host, port, LDAPS
      • Account: bind DN
      • Password: bind password
      • Base DN: ou=People,....
      • Attributes are for mapping:
        • Login: uid
        • First Name: givenName
        • Surname: sn
        • Email: mail
    • Now Admin->Users and change each user's "Authentication mode"
