- 22" LCD Iiyama monitor (on) = 40-50W
- speakers (off) = 9W
- speakers (on) = 14W
- laser printer (off) = 0W
- laser printer (idle) = 10W
- laser printer (warming) = 540W
- Server:
- Server = 70W
- Netgear 8-port GE switch = 8W
- Netgear ADSL router = 9W
- Netgear wi-fi AP = 10W
- LinkSys VoIP ATA = 3W
- Brother's:

- yes, the only way to drop below 11W is to switch off at the _wall_ socket
- so over the six years it has cost me £40

- door chime (wallwart) = 4W
- IKEA standard light (which doesn't switch off when _completely_ dimmed) = 100W
- IKEA standard light#2 = 0W
- Fridge freezer = 130W when active
- Kitchen lights = 450W (9x50W halogens)
- Oven = 2000W
Conclusions:
- Washing machine is now switched off at wall (-11W)
- Xbox is now disconnected permanently (-16W)
- Should put timer on soundbridge/speakers (cannot reach it!) (-10W for 12hours/day)
- Desktop PC turns off automatically when not used (-110W for 7->18 hours/day)
- Laptop PC turns off automatically when not used (-?? for 7->24 hours/day)
